Dear Friends,
I hope this letter finds you well; these past weeks have been difficult for all of us to say the least. I miss my professional life. I have missed you all and the privilege of caring for your families. Through this time my office has been operating on an emergency basis and I have been able to take care of any issues that you have had.
We have been given permission to open for full dental services starting May 26th, 2020. Keeping strict social distancing protocols in mind we are excited to begin to see our patients. The safety and well-being of your families and our staff is our number one priority. With that in mind our new operating schedule for seeing patients will look a bit different for the time being.
To start for the first month the office will be open Monday thru Thursday from 9 am - 1 pm. We will be scheduling patients with plenty of time in between to allow for extra disinfecting and to make sure we do not have too many people overlapping in the office. We are taking extra precautions in disinfecting our waiting rooms & door handles and trying to minimize the amount of touch during payment transactions.
While my office will be making every effort to ensure a safe visit for you and your family, we kindly ask that you keep some things in mind to help us.
- All persons entering our office are required to wear a mask.
- If you are not the only people in the office, please distance yourselves in the waiting room.
- Once you have checked in you are more than welcome to wait outside of our office or in the car if you are more comfortable.
- If you or anyone in your home has been unwell and running a fever, we ask that you refrain from coming to our office and reschedule.
In the past our office has always been accommodating to patients coming early or slightly late. During this time, we are asking you to make YOUR BEST EFFORT TO ARRIVE AT THE TIME OF YOUR SCHEDULED VISIT. This will enable us to navigate our scheduling goals of not having too many people in the office at one time.
We are excited to see you all soon and will be attempting to reach out to you to schedule appointments. As always feel free to call our office as well. We ask that you please be patient with us as we attempt to reschedule every single one of our patients. We also ask for your flexibility in scheduling those appointments to be able to keep to social distancing rules.
